Balzac es una banda japonesa de Horror Punk formada en 1992
en Osaka. El grupo fue fundado por el cantante Hirosuke Nishiyama.
Desde sus comienzos, Balzac tuvo una fuerte influencia del sonido y la
imágen de bandas de horror punk como Misfits y Samhain. En el año 2003 editaron Out of the light of the 13 dark night.
