Polly Jean Harvey es una cantautora inglesa, la cual formó una banda epónima de adolescente con el batería Rob Ellis y el bajista Ian Olliver, quien fue reemplazado por Steve Vaughan. El trío lanzó su primer álbum Dry en 1992. Ellis y Vaughan dejaron la banda luego del lanzamiento de Rid of Me (1993), y Harvey continuó como solista. Uh huh her es el septimo álbum lanzado por PJ Harvey, en el año 2004.
